IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON POSTPONEMENT AND/OR CANCELLATION:

  • LEOD CREATIVE & DKCM LTD reserves the right to change the dates of any event if artists are unable to perform as a direct result of having to isolate.

  • If an event is postponed, your tickets will be automatically reassigned to the new dates or you can request a full refund of the ticket price (less any non-refundable booking and transaction fees) upon presentation of the ticket. An application for refund must be received within 30 days of the event date specified on the ticket.

  • If an event is cancelled, a full refund of the ticket price (less any non-refundable booking and transaction fees) can only be provided upon presentation of the ticket. An application for refund must be received within 30 days of the event date specified on the ticket.

Terms & Conditions of Sale

  • Tickets purchased via LEOD CREATIVE & DKCM LTD are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged except as required by law.

  • LEOD CREATIVE & DKCM LTD reserves the right to vary advertised artists, programs, times, dates and shows.

  • LEOD CREATIVE & DKCM LTD reserves the right to move your seats by ONE (1) seat (either way) if a single seat is left either side of your booking.

  • All tickets must be purchased through the LEOD CREATIVE & DKCM LTD ticketing website.

  • Each person must have a ticket.

  • The right of admittance is reserved. Latecomers may not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance or event. Intoxicated persons will not be allowed entry to the show.

  • Cameras, audio and video recorders are not permitted during the performance unless otherwise advised.

  • LEOD CREATIVE & DKCM LTD reserves the right to change pricing, event start times, event dates, door times, seating layouts, venue capacity or other event details.

  • The right of admission is reserved and is subject to LEOD CREATIVE & DKCM LTD's and Venue's terms of admission. 

  • Tickets will be void if on-sold or traded at a premium or in conjunction with other goods or services, or used in advertising or as a competition prize, without written permission from LEOD CREATIVE & DKCM LTD. In the event of a breach of this condition, the ticket holder will be denied admission or expelled and, on request, the ticket will be delivered up to LEOD CREATIVE & DKCM LTD.

  • Where special pricing is available, suitable identification will be required at the time of ticket pickup to prove that the conditions required for that special pricing is met.

  • The Ticket Holder consents to and will permit the search and inspection of their person, clothing, bags or other possessions by any official, employee or agent of the venue and/or LEOD CREATIVE & DKCM LTD both prior to and after the Ticket Holder's entry to the venue
